Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mountvillemotors.com (the "Site") and any pre-qualification application or inquiry you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or enter into a financing agreement with Mountville Motor Sales & Broker LLC. Final approval and any vehicle purchase requires an in-person visit, valid Pennsylvania driver's license or state ID, and proof of income and residency.
2. Pre-qualification is not final approval
Information you submit through the Site is used to start a pre-qualification conversation. It is not a credit decision, contract, or guarantee of approval. Final approval depends on review of your documents in person and is at our sole discretion.
3. Vehicle availability and pricing
Inventory changes frequently. Vehicles displayed on the Site may already be sold, on hold, or otherwise unavailable. Down payment ranges, weekly payment ranges, mileage, and vehicle condition shown on the Site are approximate and subject to verification at the dealership. Final terms (price, down payment, payment schedule) are confirmed in your written purchase contract.
4. Warranty and service contract
Every vehicle sold by Mountville Motors comes with a 30-day / 1,000-mile limited warranty (engine, transmission, differential) and an 18-month / 24,000-mile service contract (engine, transmission, transfer case, drive axle, plus specified electrical components). The service contract has a $100 deductible per visit. The labor rate cap for outside repair facilities is $120/hour, and prior written approval from our service advisor is required before any outside repair work.
These coverages are not bumper-to-bumper. Detailed terms, exclusions, and required maintenance documentation are described in the warranty and service contract documents you receive at the time of purchase. If anything in those documents conflicts with what's on this Site, the documents you sign control.
5. SMS messaging
By providing your phone number on this Site, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mountville Motors regarding your inquiry, application, appointments, vehicle, account, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the Site or our SMS line to harass, defraud, or impersonate others
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or interfere with its operation
- Scrape or systematically copy content from the Site
- Use automated tools to submit forms or send messages
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by Mountville Motors or used with permission. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind regarding the Site, including (without limitation) accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Any vehicle warranty or service contract is governed by the documents you sign at the dealership — not by anything on this Site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mountville Motors and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and you and Mountville Motors consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
